below the fretboard extension between the neck block
and the Popsicle brace. Not a bad idea on an old
guitar like this one! |

bridgeplate was removed and replaced with a slightly
larger and thicker bridgeplate, which is tucked
under the x-braces and includes a small brace
on the rear of the bridgeplate to help reduce the belly. |
